At Alaga Health you’ll always have direct access to our practice 24/7, expedited or prompt appointments as deemed necessary for your concern, and a yearly comprehensive health span assessment focused on longevity and prevention. Our goal is to provide more personalized, timely, and accessible care.

It’s a comprehensive yearly evaluation that enhances the traditional physical exam. It covers diet, fitness, sleep, emotional well-being, cardiovascular health, and cancer risks, as well as advanced testing such as body composition, muscle strength, and VO2 max.

Yes. We offer comprehensive skin exams, biopsies, and cryotherapy — services we’ve been providing with extensive experience.

Yes You’ll always be able to reach a member of our care team who will promptly communicate with you. We share after-hours call coverage and provide our business cell numbers for urgent needs. For routine matters and concerns during office hours, we encourage you to use our secure patient portal or our dedicated practice phone number, which is available 24/7 for urgent needs.

We strive lo provide expedited access to care that Is suitable for the issue and circumstances – whether that means an in-person visit, a telehealth appointment, or a phone consultation.

We encourage you to share our practice and cell phone number with your hospital team so we can be updated and advocate for you during your stay.

The annual membership fee is $2,400/year. The cost is for one adult and may also include one child aged 16 to 26, if still in school and living with a parent, at no additional fee. For new members joining before January 1, 2026 a 10% discount is available if the discounted annual fee of $2,160/year is paid in full at the start of the membership.

Membership begins upon receipt of payment and automatically renews on each anniversary unless you notify us otherwise.

We require 30 days’ notice to cancel membership. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the month following the notice period, and any unused portion of your membership fee will be refunded.

Yes, family members are welcome to join. Each membership is individual, with it’s own contract and fee.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to leave the practice, provide 30 days written notice, and we will refund the remainder of your fee.

Yes. We accept most insurance carriers (except Medicaid and NHP). This allows us to order labs, imaging, referrals, and hospital evaluations as usual.

Yes. We will bill your insurance for acute or follow-up visits and other services that are covered by insurance, and your insurer requires that we collect co-payments as part of their insurance agreement. You will have no additional charges, other than your membership fee, for the enhanced concierge services that are not covered by insurance.

No. The membership fee is a separate charge and is not covered by insurance. It provides direct access to our practice, prompt and personalized care, the yearly Health Span Assessment, and other enhanced services that we may offer.

No. Your insurance is still required for laboratory tests, imaging services, hospital care, and specialist visits. The membership complements your insurance by providing direct access to our physicians and enhanced preventative care.

Starting in 2026, you’ll be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your Alaga Health Membership.  If you have specific questions about your situation, you should contact your qualified tax preparer.
